A few weeks ago I created a Codeplex project to enable ongoing development of the Expression Encoder PowerShell module that ships as a sample in the Expression Encoder SDK.
There have been a number of requests to augment what we shipped originally with Encoder 3 and some of those are now available in the Codeplex project. Notably I just added the ability to encode and then call a publishing plugin to upload the output.
