Was great to spend some time getting a demo of LiveStation from Matteo, CEO of Skinkers at IBC. LiveStation is a live peer-to-peer video service based on P2P technology from Microsoft Research and using Silverlight to power the UI and video playback.
Skinkers are working on content deals to enable them to distribute live premium TV content over the web.
