IE6 rendering engine sucks

I really hope IE7 improves the browser's support for CSS.  Its kindof ironic given that MS invented DHTML in the first place, but I've been beating my head against the usual cross-browser issues recently although this time round it is IE that is killing me.

I must try this and this out tomorrow on my other machine.  In the meantime, its back and forth between IE6, Flock and Safari to get things right.

    Hey, thanks for the link, I appreciate it. I'm hoping IE7 will improve things significantly, but I'm not holding my breath. ;)

    Nathan.. yes me too. I'm going to keep a log of cross browser DHTML/CSS problems I encounter and check them in IE7 / Firefox 1.5 / other new browsers as I go along
